The oral appeal hearing before the Berlin Court of Appeal will take place in July 2025.<\/p>\r\n<p>X had previously questioned the jurisdiction of the German judiciary at the hearing on 4 June 2024 before the Berlin Regional Court.<\/p>\r\n<p>The platform argued that the proceedings were being conducted strategically and that the plaintiffs were not ordinary users.
