Consultation for all. Target group-specific first aid

The HateAid victim consultation is there for you if you experience online discrimination, image-based sexualised violence or attacks against your (voluntary or professional) activities. However, our resources are limited and our counselling team is often very busy.

If you are unable to reach us quickly or experience digital violence that falls outside the scope of our counselling services, we have compiled a list for you: Here you will find a selection of trustworthy counselling and reporting centres as well as sources of information that can support you.

Contact points for emergency situations

If you are unable to reach us and you are under serious psychological or physical threat or find yourself in an acute crisis situation, do not hesitate to contact the following services:

General contact points for digital violence

Counselling centres

Reporting illegal content for legal review

Digital violence outside our main areas of counselling

Unfortunately, due to a lack of human resources, we are currently unable to deal with all cases of digital violence in the manner they deserve. At this point, we would like to recommend other trustworthy counselling, information and reporting centres that can help you with your concerns.

We have also compiled some helpful information materials and resources here that you can use to answer your initial questions yourself.

Negative reviews

There are specialist law firms that deal with negative or unfair reviews, as well as various communication strategies for dealing with the authors of the reviews. Usually, we do not have sufficient resources to deal with these cases. We generally recommend reporting the reviews to the relevant platforms.
